Clayton Bay Riverside Holiday Park

We are looking forward to gathering our customers together to enjoy a fun weekend away south of Adelaide.

Situated on the banks of the River Murray, Clayton Bay Riverside Holiday Park is a tranquil, relaxing tourist destination. Located in the small, peaceful riverside town of Clayton Bay, just one hour’s drive from Adelaide, and 12 km up-river from the historic river port town of Goolwa.

With the Murray River as our backyard, Clayton Bay Riverside Holiday Park is the ideal location for water-based activities. The river and surrounding sheltered bays offer exceptional kayaking, canoeing, sailing, motor boating, water-skiing or wakeboarding. Conveniently, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards can be hired within the park through Clayton Bay Stand-Up Paddle Board and Kayak Hire.

Along the shoreline exists two shallows, protected bays with sandy river floor beneath, offering a safe swimming area for even the youngest of travelers, whilst anglers both big and small can take the opportunity for a spot of fishing.

We will intend to have a meet and greet Friday afternoon from 4pm to 6pm and a full get together Saturday from 4pm, the remaining time you can mingle with others or just sit back and relax.

This March weekend of 2 nights will be a total cost per family of $50.

Terms and Conditions

Jayco Adelaide would like to offer our customers the opportunity to register for our customer weekends away. This is a great way to meet like-minded caravan enthusiasts and Jayco Adelaide staff members in great locations around Adelaide and beyond. Please note that this is a gesture of goodwill, it is not an entitlement and there are terms and conditions that are attached to the appreciation weekends. Due to popular demand and site availability, we cannot always accommodate all our valued customers and the invites are sent at the discretion of Jayco Adelaide Management. Jayco Adelaide also reserves the right to charge a non-refundable payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Customers who have purchased (& still own) a caravan or RV from Jayco Adelaide are eligible to attend
  • The weekend is booked for customers of Jayco Adelaide and this event and/or catering is ONLY provided to those who have registered for this event and not open for other friends and family that may be in the park at the same time.
  • Customer Appreciation Weekends will be organised at the discretion of Jayco Adelaide Management and may be canceled at any time
  • Invitations are offered to customers as an act of kindness and goodwill and shall not form a condition of the caravan or RV sale agreement
  • By completing registration details does not automatically secure a place to attend
  • You are required to register separately for each weekend. One expression of interest does not automatically register you for all future events
  • Site allocation is subject to nominated park availability and at the discretion of Jayco Adelaide Management and is subject to change
  • Jayco Adelaide is not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss of personal items or damage to self or belongings and customers are to attend at their own risk
  • Invitations are not valid for cash, are non-refundable, and not transferable
  • Jayco Adelaide reserves the right to charge a non-refundable payment
  • The weekend consists of 2 nights on one standard powered site, there will be no changes to this type of accommodation
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights

  1. How do I register?

Please click here to register your interest. This will be sent directly to our Events Team.

  1. How will I know if my registration has been received?

You will receive an email reply from our Events Team that will confirm that your registration has been received. If eligible your email will contain a link to our Eventbrite page where you will be able to purchase a ticket to secure your spot.

  1. What time do I need to be there?

The weekends traditionally occur from Friday – Sunday and check in time will differ depending on each Caravan Park. Each weekend may present with different events and/or activities. Confirmation of these details will be provided via email in the weeks leading up to each event.

  1. Do I need to bring anything?

Most of the weekend is for you to enjoy your van with your family so you will need to bring anything that you would normally pack to make your weekend comfortable.

  1. Is there a set agenda or itinerary?

There is generally no set agenda or itinerary for the weekend – we do organise a few events and this information will be emailed to you prior to the event.

  1. Can I bring pets along?

This will depend on the Caravan Park at which your event is taking place. We will advise on the invitation whether the park is pet friendly or not.

  1. What time do I have to check out?

Check out time will differ depending on each Caravan Park. Confirmation of these details will be provided via email in the weeks leading up to each event or you are welcome to contact the Caravan Park directly.

  1. Can I request to stay alongside friends?

Unfortunately to ensure that it is fair to everyone attending, sites will be picked at random. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends!

  1. How many weekends can I register for?

There is no limit to the number of weekends you can register for but we do endeavour to spread around the invites so all our customers can experience and enjoy the weekends.

  1. When will I know when the next customer appreciation weekend is available to register?

Information about upcoming events is often published on our website or Facebook page. Keep an eye on both and when you see the registration page become available then please register so that we can see you’re interested.

  1. Does it cost me anything?

Each customer appreciation weekend will differ with costs, and this is outlined when we release the details of the next weekend planned. There will often some form non- refundable payment required to secure your site . As places are limited, this payment is to ensure that we only secure spots for genuine attendees.
