2018 Caravan and Camping Lifestyle Show Attractions!

Big4 Giant Wedgie – Big Inflatable Slide

Beat the summer heat and keep your cool at this year’s Show!

This year for the first time the Let’s Go Caravan and Camping Show will be hosting The BIG4 Holiday Parks Big Wedgie. At a whopping 18.2 metres tall and 82 metres long, The Big Wedgie has a family-friendly, super-fun, world record beating 55-degree drop! It’s also a four-lane racer, so it can be enjoyed by families and friends at the same time.

To book a half hour slot and get your wristband, find booth S44 in the Stirling Angus pavilion. Then simply find your way to the BIG4 Holiday Parks Big Wedgie shortly before your allotted ride starts.

Leave plenty of time to get changed into your bathers before your session. There is a bathroom/change room just near the slide.  Alternatively, Show organisers offer pass-outs if you wish to return to your vehicle.

New & Improved Jayco 2018 Model Upgrades at the Show

Jayco’s latest models will ensure it remains Australia’s number one RV manufacturer and ACC South Australia’s number one RV dealer. Improvements suggested by owners and Jayco dealers have been made to all last year models and ranges. Some sensational new models have been introduced as well.

So, if you’re planning to research or buy a new van, spend some time getting to know the new and upgraded Jayco models at ACC’s SuperYard or at the 2018 Caravan & Camping Lifestyle Show.

Brand New 2018 Jayco Freedom Models

The Jayco Freedom range was launched in 2017 for price-conscious RV buyers.

This year Jayco has also added a Freedom Caravan, Expanda Pop-Top and Pop-Top to the range. The Freedom Campervan is no longer available for order but one or two may be in our yard – while stocks last.

All vans in the new Freedom range come supplied with either a “Comfort Pack” or a “Bush Pack”.  The Comfort Pack includes a roll-out awning, picnic table and a microwave (Freedom Caravan only). The Bush Pack is not an outback model but offers extras that will get you close to an off-grid RV. A Bush Pack includes a van bumper, gas bayonet, interior/exterior 12V power sockets, a jerry can holder, mudflaps, solar panel regulator, rechargeable battery as well as an underslung axle for more ground clearance.

New Jayco Journey Deluxe Pop-Top and Journey Model Upgrades!

The popular Journey range was launched last year to replace and improve upon the Starcraft range. This year’s improvements include a fresh looking exterior and the upgraded interior designs.

The fresh addition to the range is the Journey Deluxe Pop-Top, which sports an upgraded Dometic fridge, j-control panel, stereo system, new 21” Sphere TV/DVD.

Just like the Freedom range, all Freedom vans buyers can also choose either a “Comfort Pack (but no microwave)” or a “Bush Pack”.

New Exterior & Interior Designs

All models from 2017 that have carried over to the 2018 Jayco range have been given a spanking new upgrade (except the newly released off-road ) with new colours, finishes and fittings.

  1. Hello,

Was really looking forward to going to the Caravan and Camping show but at $17 a ticket that counts us out.
3 tickets plus parking is over $50 that is a bit of a rip really.
Hope it is well attended for the organizers.
Think we will just go online and check out what`s new.
Just some feedback in case anyone is interested.

    Thank you

    1. Hi John
I know what you mean about the price of the tickets. I was hoping to go as I love to look around and see what specials they have, but at $17 a ticket, we aren’t going either.
I will now have to see what else is happening on that weekend that doesn’t cost so much.
