We’ve featured two fantastic holiday parks for you to consider as your home base when you explore South Australia.
Gawler Caravan Park
Located conveniently within easy walking distance to the Gawler town centre, Visitor Information Centre, swimming pool, sporting facilities and train service to Adelaide. The Gawler Caravan Park is the ideal location for your next getaway.
There are 8 hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and much more within walking distance of the Park. There are supermarkets, department stores, homewares, a boutique, chemists, jewellery store, menswear, and newsagency all within walking distance.
The park features 19 ensuite cabins (one with wheelchair access), 7 brand new Superior Villas and many powered sites. All sites accommodate large cars, with some sites suited for self-contained vehicles. The showers are clean with excellent water pressure.
Morgan Riverside Caravan Park
Located on the banks of the beautiful Murray River, Morgan Riverside Caravan Park is the ideal destination for all holiday makers. We provide on-site budget conscious accommodation, drive-through sites, grassed powered and unpowered sites, and luxurious en suite cabins for a diverse range of travellers.
Whether you enjoy fishing, canoeing, water skiing, bird watching, swimming, mini golfing or just pure relaxation—Morgan Riverside Caravan Park have activity options for all. Our kiosk is always well stocked with a range of kiosk items such as bait, ice cream and confectionary.

Morgan is known as the gateway to the Flinders Ranges. It’s also within close proximity to some of South Australia’s renown fresh produce and wine production hot spots.
The park is within close range of the ferry crossing, for traffic travelling the Waikerie to Adelaide road. It’s also just an hour’s drive from the famous Barossa & Clare Valley’s!
Our park offers onsite cabin accommodation, as well as grassed powered and unpowered sites which are surrounded by native trees—helping your family get back in touch with nature.
